What is Bound4Life?

Bound4LIFE is a grassroots prayer mobilization movement targeting the ending of abortion, the increase of adoptions and the reformation of government and society through spiritual awakening. Our mission is to mobilize a groundswell of prayer through:

“Silent Sieges” in front of courthouses and abortion clinics across the nation.
Millions of Christians wearing “Life Bands” and making the Bound4LIFE                       covenant–PRAY, VOTE & OBEY.

When LIFE tape is placed over our mouths, we are identifying with the silent screams of the unborn and of those who have no voice. Our stand is not a protest, but a silent prayer meeting. We make our appeal to the Judge of the earth and ask Him for speedy justice to be released.

Pray, Vote & Obey

Our mandate is as simple as the Gospel message itself. We are called to pray for justice and mercy, vote only for those candidates running for office who are actively pro-life from the least to the greatest, and to obey God as He leads us  in works of compassion.

Why must this “issue” be at the forefront of our hearts?

Jesus only did what He saw His Father in Heaven doing. Likewise we look to our Heavenly Father and ask how He feels about the innocent bloodshed that pollutes our land and we act as Jesus would act in fasting and praying and standing up for our nation as we continue to call good, “evil” and evil, “good.”

If it was not for abolitionists like Charles Finney who was at the frontlines of intercession and opened his mouth to speak about the devastation of slavery, even going so far as to refuse communion to slaveholders, it may not have ended as soon as it did or possibly not at all. Today we stand at cross roads just like a nation burdened with the innocent blood of African slaves and Native Americans like generations past we are burdened as the body of Christ with the innocent blood shed of 50 million babies.

Who can be a part of Bound4Life?

The requirements are not heavy: only those who believe in the redeeming blood of Jesus Christ which speaks a better word than that of blood of Abel that cries out from the ground; the first recorded murder.

And those who are willing to covenant themselves with God’s heart to pray, vote and obey. God promises speedy justice for those who are afflicted and who cry out to him day and night (Luke 18:7)

End Result?

The end result from a person whom God has elected to stand in the gap for the unborn should be a heart of humility and love. All though we pray for speedy justice and can be discouraged when we see things go the opposite way, our focus cannot be solely on the “issue” itself nor the law which endorses a pro-death culture. We look to God who is seated on the throne and to the slain Lamb His only Son our Lord to produce in us a heart that is burning specifically first for Him and next to His people (Deuteronomy 6:5).  It’s all about developing a heart that is passionately in love with Jesus and in that place we find victory over darkness.
